Do your tours include pick up and drop off?

Some packages do include pick up and drop off. If we don’t included it in the price this service could always be arranged as an extra. If you are not sure if your package includes it just ask us when making your booking.

Do I need my own medical insurance?

Our company has a liability insurance, however your own medical insurance
is mandatory.

What should I wear going on one of your adventures?

Good and comfortable (sports) shoes, swimwear, sunglasses, shorts and tshirt, a hat (optional) and we recommend you to bring sun protection.

What else should I bring to the excursion?

A towel! And we recommend you to leave home anything that can get wet.

Can I join a tour later or leave early?

It’s difficult to join a tour after it has started. It is possible to leave a tour early however you will be responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave the tour. You are responsible for extra costs associated with joining a tour later or leaving one early.

What are the age restrictions on your tours?

Our Family Adventures are open to families with children aged between 5 and 17 years of age. Our standard (non-family) adventures are open to children aged 12 years or older when accompanied by a parent (max. four children per adult). The four-children-per-adult restriction does not apply to our family adventures

How many people can join a tour?

We keep our group sizes low so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience. You can expect up to 10 travelers on a trip but the average is 8. Check individual experience description for maximum group sizes.

Who are my travelling companions?

For privacy reasons we cannot provide you with advAnce details on your tour companions. However, our experiences appeal to a wide range of visitors, most of whom share an adventurous spirit and a desire to experience these destinations at a grass-roots level.

Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?

Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.

What credit cards are accepted?

Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Is reserving online secure?

Rockid Group uses all the most advanced security measure to ensure that
your reservation is made securely.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

To cancel or modify a booking, please check our general terms and conditions for booking cancelation.

Is my reservation guaranteed?

Once the downpayment is transferred your booking is definite.

Do you allow pets on your excursions?

You will have to contact us in advance and we will study your case and give
